Session Scheduling

Session dates and times are agreed upon between the participant and Bakti Finance at the time of enrolment. We aim to accommodate schedules that suit working professionals.

Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the confirmed session time. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours' notice may result in that session being forfeited, at our discretion.

Facilitator Changes

In circumstances where the assigned facilitator is unavailable, Bakti Finance will endeavour to arrange an equally qualified substitute or reschedule the session with reasonable notice.
